We try our best to ship all our orders on the same day. We ship our orders Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Fresh poultry (chicken and turkey) can be shipped only on Wednesday and Thursday.
Due to the nature of our product, we chose to work only with DHL Express shipping that has a transit time of 1 day or maximum 2 days. We ship to 37 countries. 32 out of 37 countries have a transit time of 1 day.
The following countries have a transit time of 2 days:
If we don’t ship to your country please contact us here and we’ll reach back to you as soon as possible.
If a product that you ordered is out of stock, or we don’t have the amount you ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please leave correct contact information during checkout.
If there is a national holiday, we will ship the order the next business day.
All orders are packed in EPS-box, with gel packs to keep it cool. It should keep cool temperature up to 48 hours.
We do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs after the order has been shipped.
You are responsible for all potential additional shipping costs.
The shipping is at your own risk, unless the shipment gets lost.

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled after the order status is ‘on hold’.
Once an item of merchandise is sent out to delivery, you can’t return that item.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse your order, or to impose different or additional conditions.
